Fire Damage Restoration
Our account managers can be on-site within hours of the incident. This fast response is critical to minimize the damage caused by fire and smoke contamination.
Once on-site, the extent and nature of the damage is accurately diagnosed to ensure the correct course of action and negate the risk of future consequential damage. As soon as the buidling is safe, we can provide water extraction and begin debris removal, even while we are helping you assess the extent of the damage.
Upon completion of the damage assessment, initial efforts will be made to clean smoke residue from surfaces, as well as deodorize. Sanitizing and disinfecting will prevent the growth of mold and other pathogens. Sanitizing will be enhanced by deeply drying building cavities with our desiccant dehumidification and climate control equipment to prevent future mold growth. If needed, we can pursue controlled demolition to remove un-restorable materials and make way for reconstruction activities.
Corrosion Control and Special Activities After Fire
The combination of the water used to extinguish the fire with the chemicals released by the fire can lead to extensive damage of electronic and mechanical systems in the building. By using a variety of proven cleaning and preservation techniques, we will prevent corrosion and clean and preserve mechanicals until the building can be returned to normal use.
Contents and Document Protection and Management
Our climate control techniques will prevent further damage to contents by ambient conditions such as high humidity, uncontrolled temperatures and acidic residue after a fire. Our trained personnel will manage the recovery of documents, including on-site and off-site drying, cleaning and soot restoration of books, files, tape and other media as required.
